Refund Policy
Returns:
Our policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund, return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Some items are non-returnable. Handmade, limited edition and custom products are non-returnable.
If you simply changed your mind or selected the wrong size (there is a size chart under each item), we will not refund/return your item. If it was our mistake, the wrong size, or anything else we may have caused, we will accept your return and refund the full amount or send you another package.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund your money to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Wrong Address/Package Return:
We do not provide refunds or returns if you provided an incorrect address or your package was not received in time and was returned.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited.

Exchanges:
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us at Support@brakesrotorspadsoutlet.com and we will review your situation.
IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
